By purchasing, downloading, and using any plugin or extension from plugins.jamp.gr (including WooAds Intelligence and the Advanced Discount Engine for OpenCart), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and professional relationship between JAMP Web Solutions (“we”, “us”) and our customers (“you”).

1. Plugin Licensing & Usage

WooAdsIntelligence is licensed under a recurring yearly subscription model.

  • Single Site License: Grants you the right to use the plugin on one (1) production website.
  • License Key: A valid and active license key is required to receive automatic updates and access technical support.
  • Subscription: Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless cancelled. If the subscription is cancelled or expires, you may lose access to the plugin dashboard and support services.

2. Support Policy (Scope of Support)

We are committed to helping you get the most out of our plugin. To maintain a high quality of service, we define our support scope as follows:

What is covered:

  • Help with plugin installation and initial configuration.
  • Troubleshooting technical bugs or errors directly caused by our plugin.
  • Guidance on how to use specific features of the WooAdsIntelligence dashboard.
  • Assistance with license activation issues.

What is NOT covered:

  • Customization: We do not provide custom coding, styling (CSS), or feature modifications for your specific needs.
  • Third-Party Conflicts: We are not responsible for issues caused by other plugins, themes, or custom scripts installed on your site.
  • Server/Hosting Issues: We cannot fix problems related to your server environment, hosting limits, or database performance.
  • General WordPress/WooCommerce help: Support is strictly limited to our plugin’s functionality.

Response Times: Our support team operates during business hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET, Madrid time). We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery & Updates

After a successful purchase via LemonSqueezy, you will receive an email with your download link and license key. Updates are provided automatically through the WordPress or OpenCart admin as long as your license is active.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you find that the plugin does not work as described or has a technical fault that our support team cannot fix, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” or for features that were never advertised.

5. Limitation of Liability

WooAdsIntelligence is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. JAMP Web Solutions shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or site downtime resulting from the use or inability to use our software. We recommend performing a full site backup before installing any new software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate support or revoke license keys in cases of:

  • Software piracy or unauthorized redistribution.
  • Abusive or threatening behavior towards our support staff.
  • Violation of any of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

JAMP Web Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
